If you’ve seen photos of Jennifer, you’d know she has style. I can imagine her sitting at her computer right now wearing a fancy dress and high heels. So, before I feel under-dressed in my sweats, let’s get right to it and give a big warm welcome to Jennifer!

Jennifer Snow I'm in yoga pants and tank top, despite it being -10 here today lol. I'm trying to convince myself to work out lol.
Rachael Martin How'd that "work out"? Lol
Jennifer, what can I get you to drink, and perhaps your favourite snack?
Jennifer Snow Champagne would be great, but I’ll settle for coffee;) And hollow chocolate balls please :)

Jennifer, please tell everyone a little about yourself.
Jennifer Snow I am a contemporary romance author with fifteen published HEAs so far and more on the way this year. I write super sweet stories for Heartwarming, sexy hot stories for Blaze and heat levels that fall in between the two for my single titles series through Forever. I am married to a non-romantic lol and I have a super cool six year old son who just decided he is going to be famous. I’m praying he doesn’t mean internet famous or reality t.v. famous, but he certainly is determined to be a star. I live in Alberta, Canada which basically means I’m cold all the time and while I love snow during the holidays, I’m ready for this white sh*t to go away now.

Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow Do you enjoy writing for different lines?
Jennifer Snow I do. I think it makes the writing process more fun when I can play with different heat levels and I learn so much by working with various editors. I only think my sweet writing helped me develop skills to bring out emotional connections better in my hotter books.
Rachael Martin Your last name is perfect for correlating with snowy settings in your books!

Jennifer Snow LOL, yes this is exactly why I didn't change my last night after my divorce;)

Jennifer, you have a young son who has such a fun personality. Does he take after his mom, and where do you find the time to write with a young family?
Jennifer Snow My son definitely has a fun personality and I could only wish to be as cool as he is. He is so confident in who he is and I’d like to think he gets that trait from me. He sees no boundaries and dreams big, which is something I encourage, while reinforcing the need to work hard to achieve goals. He is in grade one this year, so I actually have plenty of time to write. I try to write six hours a day from Monday to Friday, and I usually take weekends off to spend time with my husband and son. During deadlines, I may have to break that rule, but it’s rare.
Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow your son is so cute. I heard that he's now playing drums. Do you have a future band member in the making?
Jennifer Snow He is playing drums lol and taking vocal lessons. He says he wants to be a star. sigh.
Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow Do musicians run in your family?
Jennifer Snow We can all sing...sort of lol
Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow Your son can be the 'front' man' :) What type of music does he like?
Jennifer Snow He loves country and hip hop...we listen to the Radio Disney version of songs, which is funny because then when I hear the real version, I'm like 'holy shit, there's a lot of swearing in these songs' lol

Jennifer, what do you like to do when you’re not writing?
Jennifer Snow We love movies and bowling and playing board games. When I’m alone and not writing, I’m usually at a spin class or yoga. Sitting for so long every day means that I need to incorporate some form of exercise into my day.
Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow We like movies and board games too! I keep asking my daughter to teach me yoga. Are spin classes as hard as they look?
Jennifer Snow Still Moments Magazine lol yes they really are;) But they are fun and a great workout!
Rachael Martin Do you prefer writing at night or in the morning or does it just depend on your schedule?
Jennifer Snow When my son was in school half days for kindergarten, I had to get up at 4:30 am to write in order to meet my deadlines, so I'm definitely more creative in the morning. But now I write all day-6 hours a day. Still, the words flow better in the am:)
Jennifer, what one article of clothing have you owned forever and can’t part with?
Jennifer Snow I buy cheap clothes lol, so nothing lasts very long, especially since everything gets thrown into the dryer lol. But I do have one pair of expensive heels that are so comfortable that they were worth the price tag. They are black with red heels and they go with so many different outfits.
Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow I think I saw a photo of those heels. Did you wear them to a Harlequin party?
Jennifer Snow I may have lol, I know I wear them a lot during the day at RWA conferences.

Jennifer Snow I love it too! And I love that Forever Romance does photo shoots for their covers :) So much fun to see the behind the scenes shots as well.
Still Moments Magazine Jennifer Snow I love the 'hockey' element in this story. Did you have to do a lot of research?
Jennifer Snow I've always been a big hockey fan, so that helped a lot. But I've never played lol. I did read a lot of hockey player biographies and I was very fortunate to be able to chat with Ray and Brijet Whitney-they were so much help and lovely people!

Elisabeth Ringvard I enjoyed reading Maybe this time. How many books are in this series?
Jennifer Snow There are 5 in total:) 3 full length books and 2 novellas:) So glad you enjoyed it!
