Submission Guidelines:
Multiple entries per author is permitted with a three entry maximum. Entries must be received by 12:00 midnight EST, March 9, 2018, and adhere to the contest of a romance book cover theme. If an entry does not meet these requirements, it will be removed from the contest.
Two ways to win!
1. Staff Voting - The staff of Still Moments Magazine will chose five cover finalists from the entries received. They will then decide on their top two favourite winter covers.
2. Fan Voting - The five cover finalist will be posted on our web blog and Facebook page. Encourage your family, friends, and fellow authors to leave a comment to vote for your cover. One entry per voter. Each comment counts as one ‘vote’. Multiple votes from the same source will be discredited and deleted.
Fan Voting begins on March 12, 2018 and ends on March 16, 2018.
Results will be announced on Still Moments Magazine’s web blog and Facebook page on March 19, 2018 .
First place winner of the staff vote will receive spotlight feature of their book on Still Moments Magazine’s web blog (including back cover blurb, author bio, and web links), and a button to display on their web site.
Second place winner of the staff vote will receive a cover spotlight of their book on Still Moments Magazine’s web blog (cover, tag line, and one web link), and a button to display on their web site.
Winner of the fan vote will receive a cover spotlight of their book on Still Moments Magazine’s web blog (cover, tag line, and one web link), and a button to display on their web site.
Entry Guidelines:
Type the Subject line of your email: March Magic Cover Contest
In the text of your email please note:
1. The title of your cover
2. The romance category (contemporary, fantasy, paranormal etc.)
3. Your real name and author pen name (if different).
4. Attach a jpeg cover of your book.
