This fantasy fairytale romance was a compelling read from beginning to end. The storyline clutches the reader and holds on tight. Jess is a captivating heroine. She has a terminal brain tumor and finds comfort in painting. When she is transported to another world, she believes everything is a hallucination. The author is a master storyteller who draws you into the home of the Commonwealth of the Rose. Jess meets Griffin, who is an irresistible hero. Their chemistry is undeniable, and their lives were linked well before their first encounter. The cast is engaging, and the action is intense. Each time Jess was pulled back to her time, I couldn’t wait for her to return to the Commonwealth. I couldn’t put this book down and I would brag about the story more, but I don’t want to spoil the read. I highly recommend diving into this engrossing world of the Rose Stone.
