Eligibility: Open to all romance book covers with a winter or Christmas theme.
All publication dates are eligible for entry, this includes back list titles.
Contest open to entries: November 4, 2016
Contest closed to entries: November 12, 2016
Submission Guidelines: One entry per author. Send a JPEG image of your cover to stillmomentsmagazine@gmail.com with 2016 Winter Holiday Cover Contest in the subject line. In the text of your email, note the title of your cover and the romance category (contemporary, historical, etc.) and your cover theme (winter or Christmas).
Entries must be received by 12:00 midnight EST, November 12, 2016, and adhere to the contest theme. If an entry does not meet these requirements, it will be removed from the contest.
Two ways to win!
1. Staff Voting - The staff of Still Moments Magazine will chose ten cover finalists from the entries received. They will then decide on their top three favourite winter holiday covers.
2. Fan Voting - The ten finalist covers will be posted on our web blog and our Facebook page. Encourage your family, friends, and fellow authors to leave a comment to vote for your cover. One entry per voter. Each comment counts as one ‘vote’. Multiple votes from the same source will be discredited and deleted.
Voting begins on November 15, 2016 and ends on November 20, 2016
Results will be announced on our web blog and our Facebook page on November 25, 2016
First place winner of the staff vote will receive a full page ad in the 2016 Winter issue of Still Moments Magazine, a button to display on their web site, and have their cover displayed on the Still Moments Magazine web blog for the month of December.
Second place winner of the staff vote will receive a half page ad in the 2016 Winter issue of Still Moments Magazine.
Third place winner of the staff vote will receive a quarter page ad in the 2016 Winter issue of Still Moments Magazine.
Winner of the fan vote will receive a quarter page ad in the 2016 Winter issue of Still Moments Magazine.
