The Good Wife, the third book in the Brennan Sister Series, reunites the family during a loss. Every character in this story is captivating, and following Sarah’s journey of ups and downs makes for an enjoyable read. This story is a page-turner with a few scenes you won’t see coming. The book ties up many loose ends from the previous two books, and also introduces a new character. The introduction of Lauren is confusing at first, but her purpose is later revealed. I highly recommend this series.

Between The Pages of this story is about a woman tried of living the perfect life. A wonderfully told story filled with the ups and downs of every day life, family, and romance. I started reading this book and could not put it down! As a huge Jane Porter fan, I had high expectations and this story did not disappoint. The  emotion is explosive and the characters will draw you in. You’ll cry and smile, and run to the store to get the next book in the series!

Between The Pages of this story is an engaging storyline filled with family, friendship, and a vulnerable heroine with real-life problems as a single mom raising three boys. If you’ve read Odd Mom Out, Mrs. Perfect, and Easy On The Eyes , you’ll enjoy She’s Gone Country, and if you haven’t read those books, I recommend them. Dust off your cowboy boots and prop up those heels on the edge of the fence. Forget about cleaning out the barn, you’ll be too engrossed in this story to put it down.

When I first bought this book, I had a difficult time getting through the first two chapters. Maybe I was distracted by something, but I put the book down and felt disappointed that it didn’t grab my attention better. A few weeks later, I picked it up again and started at page one. This time, it pulled me in and kept my attention all the way to the end. Its gripping storyline and real-to-life characters made me happy that I gave this book a second chance because it was well worth it! Recommendation: Read Odd Mom Odd (the story about Taylor’s nemesis, Marta) before Mrs. Perfect.
